We are pleased to announce that Marijana Ribičić has been awarded the title of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Management, with a research focus on Real Estate Technology and Innovation Strategies.
Her dissertation explores the transformation of the real estate and tourism sectors through emerging technologies such as digital platforms, tokenization of assets, and smart development models. The doctoral defense took place at DOBA Faculty of Applied Business and Social Studies in Maribor, Slovenia, under the academic supervision of Dr. Ana Hafner, Dr. Mitja Jeraj, and Dr. Borut Bratina.
With over 25 years of experience in real estate, tourism, and business investment, Marijana merges deep industry insight with academic research. Her work adds strategic depth to her mission as a value builder and investor in tech-enabled property ventures across Europe.
